In this hands on cannelloni class you will make my families traditional pasta dough using TIPO “00” flour from Italy and an egg. You will get to take your handmade cannelloni home!
Afterwards we will sit down and eat stuffed cannelloni in a tomato basil sauce that has been simmering all day. The cannelloni is paired with a salad topped with my mother's simple delicious dressing and local artisan bread. This class is BYOB.
