Fettuccine Infused with Flavor Class

In this hands on class you will be making flavor infused pasta dough using TIPO “00” flour from Italy, fresh spinach and roasted red pepper. You will get to take your handmade pasta home with you.

Afterwards, we will enjoy flavor infused pasta noodles with complimenting sauces paired with salad and local artisan bread.
