Garganelli Class

In this hands on garganelli class you will make my families traditional pasta dough using TIPO “00” flour from Italy and an egg. You will get to take your handmade pasta home with you.

Afterwards you will sit and enjoy a garganelli pasta dinner with vodka sauce. The garganelli is paired with a salad with my mother's simple delicious dressing and local artisan bread.  This class is BYOB.
