In this hands on fettuccine class you will make my families traditional pasta dough using TIPO “00” flour from Italy and an egg. You will get to take your handmade pasta home with you.
Afterwards you will sit and enjoy a fettuccine dinner with tomato basil sauce that has been simmering all day. The fettuccine is paired with a salad with my mother's simple delicious dressing and local artisan bread. This class is BYOB.
