Lasagna Class

In this hands on class we will make my families traditional pasta dough using TIPO “00” flour from Italy and an egg. You will sheet and assemble your lasagna for 2 to take home.

Afterwards, we will all sit down and eat a homemade lasagna with a tomato basil sauce that has been simmering all day. The lasagna meal is paired with a salad with my mothers simple delicious dressing and local artisan bread.
