Hands on ravioli making class. In this class you will make my families traditional pasta dough using TIPO “00” flour from Italy and egg and fill it with pimento cheese filling. You will get to take your handmade ravioli home!
Afterwards, you will sit down and enjoy a pimento cheese ravioli dinner in a red pepper sauce. Ravioli is paired with salad and local artisan bread. This class is BYOB.
