Stuffed Artichokes - Sicilian Style Class

Stuffed Artichokes loaded with Parmesan, Garlic and Italian breadcrumbs are a specialty of Launa's mom. In this hands on class, you will learn how to prepare and stuff their own artichoke, which you get to take home to steam.

Afterwards, you will eat steamed artichokes Launa has prepared with each leaf oozing with cheesy goodness and roasted garlic in a toasted breadcrumb nest. The artichoke is paired with a salad, artichoke pasta and local artisan bread. BYOB.
