Tortellini and Chicken Soup Class

In this hands on class you will learn to make homemade tortellini with traditional pasta dough using TIPO “00” flour from Italy and an egg. You will fill your tortellini with a couple fillings. You will get to take your handmade tortellini home.

Afterwards, we will sit together and eat homemade tortellini in chicken soup. The meal is paired with a salad and fresh local artisan bread.
