Spring Lasagna Class (Vegetarian with White Cream Sauce)

A twist on my traditional lasagna class. In this hands on homemade lasagna class we will make my families traditional pasta dough using TIPO “00” flour from Italy and an egg. You will sheet and assemble your lasagna for 2 to take home. You will have the choice to make a vegetarian lasagna with tomato basil sauce or with white cream sauce. *Seasonal vegetables will be used.

Afterwards, you will sit down and eat a homemade lasagna with white cream sauce paired with salad and local artisan bread.
