Gnocchi Class

In this hands on gnocchi class you will make Theresa Marie's potato gnocchi. I will share my mom's potato gnocchi technique. You will get to take your handmade gnocchi home.

Afterwards, we will sit down and eat homemade gnocchi made 2 ways (Theresa Marie's potato and Uncle Vito's ricotta) paired with a salad topped with my mother's simple delicious dressing and local artisan bread. This class is BYOB.
