In this hands on ravioli class you will make my families traditional pasta dough using TIPO “00” flour from Italy and an egg. You will get to take your handmade ravioli home!
Afterwards we will sit down and eat ravioli in a tomato basil sauce that has been simmering all day. The ravioli is paired with a salad topped with my mother's simple delicious dressing and local artisan bread. A magical experience! This class is BYOB.
